The Ignite program engages students with industry mentors in a year-long impactful relationship focused on personal, professional, and vocational discovery, equipping them to become well-rounded servant leaders within their professional communities.

Our People

Ignite is for industry professionals looking for a way to give back and make a lasting impact on the next generation. Being an industry mentor goes beyond offering advice – it’s about walking alongside and sharing wisdom and insights from your own journey. Ignite mentors form a diverse community of professionals from different industries, life stages, and backgrounds, all brought together by a shared belief in the transformative power of mentorship to guide young adults toward success in both their personal and professional lives.
